GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

PCMACMOVIL shall endeavour to ensure that the photographs, specifications and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible.
There may be some differences between the visual representation and the product ultimately supplied, provided that these do not affect its essential characteristics.
3. Prices
Prices shall be those indicated on the website at any given time.
Where the purchaser is a consumer, the price shown must include the relevant taxes in accordance with applicable legislation.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed before the order is finalised.
In the Canary Islands, the relevant tax regime and any indirect tax applicable to the product or service will apply.
4. Order
To make a purchase, the user must:
Select the products.
Add them to the basket.
Log in or enter the necessary details.
Select the delivery method.
Select the payment method.
Review the order.
Accept the terms and conditions of purchase.
Confirm the order by clicking the relevant button.
Once the order has been placed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.

The order may remain pending confirmation until payment has been successfully verified.
6. Availability

If, after placing an order, it is found that a product is unavailable, PCMACMOVIL will inform the customer and may offer an alternative, amend the order or issue the relevant refund.

Orders will be delivered to the areas specified during the purchase process.
The delivery times shown are estimates, unless a specific delivery time has been expressly agreed.
Specific conditions may apply to deliveries to other islands or outside the Canary Islands.
8. Delivery
The customer must provide a correct and adequate address for delivery.
PCMACMOVIL shall not be liable for delays arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.
Where possible, the customer will be informed of any issues relating to delivery.
9. Returns
Consumers have the right of withdrawal in the cases provided for by law.

10. Warranties
Products sold to consumers are subject to the applicable statutory warranty of conformity in accordance with current legislation.
The general statutory guarantee for new goods is currently three years from the date of delivery, without prejudice to any specific rules that may apply.

PCMACMOVIL offers repair services for electronic devices.
Repairs shall also be governed by the Repair Terms and Conditions available on the website.
